Government at all levels have been urged to introduce the study of climate-change in school curriculum to enable students inculcate the habit of preserving the environment.
A climate change advocate, Aderinsola Adegboye, made the call while speaking with Journalists in Ilorin.
According to her the introduction of Climates-change study across Nigeria’s schools will prevent the future generations from embarking on activities that can threaten the existence of human and animals.
Adegboye advised Nigerians to plant drought resistant trees to protect the ecosystem.
She also called on government to implement policies on climate change to protect the environment.
