Brand Life Vision Foundation donates COVID-19 relief items to Vulnerables in Yobe


Over one thousand five hundred Vulnerable persons across the seventeen Local Government Areas in Yobe state have benefited from the COVID-19 relief items provided by the Brand Life Vision Foundation with the support of Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development.

Flagging off the distribution of the relief items on behalf of Yobe state government, Commissioner Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management, Dr Abubakar Garba Iliya, has commended the Foundation for the intervention saying that it comes at a right time.

Dr.Garba Iliya called on others relevant non-government organizations and well-meaning citizens to emulate Brand Life Vision Foundation.

He therefore expressed Yobe state Government appreciation to the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development for supporting the state at all times.

Speaking earlier, the Founder and C.E.O of the Brand Life Vision Foundation Hajiya Binta Sidi Karasuwa, said the primary aim of the Foundation is to provide succour to the Vulnerables and disabled persons in order to ease their suffering.

Hajiya Binta Sidi Karasuwa, sympathize with the people of Geidam town who’s recently attacked by the Boko Haram insurgents.

She further commended Federal Government under the leadership of President Muhammadu Buhari and Yobe state Governor Hon. Mai Mala Buni for their commitment towards achieving the relative peace been enjoying in the state.

Chairman joint association of people living with disability in the state Usman Burah Gabai, thanked Brand Life Vision Foundation for the kind gesture.

He however expressed gratitude to the state government for always considering people living with disability in all the activities.

He also prayed ALLAH for guidance and protection.
