Muslim females have been admonished to always wear Hijab for modesty.
Ameerah of the Muslim Students Society of Nigeria, MSSN Zamfara Area Unit, Mrs Fatimatu Sai’d Ahmad made plea as part of activities marking Hijab Week Celebration in Gusau the state Capital.
Mrs Fadimatu who described the Hijab as the Best cloth for females said it protect their integrity, attract respect, decency and promote the Islamic culture.
According to her, wearing Hijab can reduce the rate of casual Sex, Rape and violence against females.
She therefore urged governments, wealthy individuals and other stakeholders to promote the usage of HIJAB.
On her part, Zamfara State First Lady, Haj. Aisha Bello Matawalle who was represented by her special Adviser, Hajia Fatima Musa Said, anything that is important need to be covered and protected, as such she called on Muslim females to be Using Hijab as advocated by Islam, saying it is regrettable to see a Muslim sister exposing her self.
The First Lady therefore commended the MSSN for celebrating the Day and for their efforts in enlightenment to that regard.
